Jill is a self-confessed innovation enthusiast and Managing Director at Mojoco an Innovation & Coaching consultancy she established 11 years ago.

After 30 years in a variety of Senior roles within the Pharmaceutical industry, most recently as European Director of Innovation with Abbott & Abbvie; Jill took the the bold decision to seize the moment and set up mojoco.

Her mission ever since has been to help people and teams Innovate, communicate & collaborate more effectively.

In her work as a Design Thinking Practitioner Jill combines deep Pharma experience along with an innovation mindset and large doses of energy and passion.

Quite simply she loves nothing more than helping people discover their mojo and unlocking new thinking.
