Ethel Agelatou

Ethel Agelatou, Head of Employer Branding of EY Greece, leads activations and initiatives in promoting and highlighting the organization’s Employer Brand, as well as its executives’ Personal Brand. In parallel, she teaches as a LinkedIn Instructor at master’s degrees of DEREE-The American College of Greece, while being also active as a speaker at conferences and career events, based on her extended know-how on corporate communication and commercial strategies through digital mediums.

She was occupied the past 10 years as a Corporate & Employer Branding Trainer, Consultant & Coach within the spectrum of the business Ethel Agelatou | GET [in] THE GAME. she had founded, having trained more than 8,600 people through hands-on corporate workshops and conference keynote speeches, while collaborated with more than 150 organizations and associations. Through her overall freelancing work the last 15 years, she worked actively as a Career & Personal Branding Coach and an HR Consultant, as well as an Editor of Consulting Journals (offline & online), covering topics on unemployment, personal branding, social selling practices and the general influence of Social Media.

During the beginning of her career, she had also worked at Recruitment Agencies and organizations’ HR departments, specializing in selection, recruitment, communication strategies and corporate social responsibility. She holds an MSc in Human Resources Management from Cardiff, University of Wales and a BSc in Business Administration from DEREE-The American College of Greece.
